Up too late, up too early…

forget all the reasons why it won't work quote

I find that lack of sleep blurs the vision of the heart and the mind, goals can seem unrealistic…so today for myself I will remember at least one reason why I set out to do what I want to do and give myself some wiggle room for unexpected changes and to always get my miles in, now is not the time to quit. Slow down maybe, change directions, adjust, reboot, but never quit. Feeling inspired..tired but inspired. More coffee please 😉
